perfeck chicken asado I love it

Nice. Looks yummy. But if you want your asado to last, fry the potatoes, carrots and bell pepper halfway through or just aldente (and remove the oil using paper towel) before putting them in. That way, you can avoid extra juice/water from these veggies which can later on spoil the asado quite easily - my mother's legacy to me. Just my two cents. .... 😄

So methodical! I love the sound of mixing and slicing and chopping. So satisfying. Thank you for uploading and sharing. For persons with the inability to listen to words and verbal instructions, your video does it nicely for the hearing impaired.

Living abroad for 35 years now. I love cooking for my family. I always watch filipino cooking when i get the time. I will try this one, I havent cook this recipe since I left the Philippines. My daughter love our pinoy food.

Just done my dinner with this chicken asado and I'm so glad that everybody likes it! And now I'm responsible of ruining their figure..hmmm so yummy though I dont hve liver and tomato paste ibutn it but the result was awesome! Thank you so much!

seeing all the ingredients and spices i am pretty sure it's taste is beyond delicious! i used to cook chicken adobo, pork adobo...and the smell of bay leaves/onion/garlic is already aromatic. since this recipe was marinated and then fried..i can't wait to try this soonest like tomorrow!! thank you for sharing this. need to buy oyster sauce pa..
