I dont have many friends anymore bc of the bodybuilding lifestyle haha these dudes are like my jacked uncles

I like James. He is extremely humble and has his ego in check. Some of the best attributes when you are a pro bodybuilder.

This group of guys is slowly becoming such a regular part of my day it’s awesome

Can’t believe how far everyone has come lol. They say u are who u surround urself with and u guys at Gs man, crushing it out where. Amazing circle also Happy birthday Brother, I know that u couldn’t compete but ur crushing it out here.

This feels like the family zoom call we all wish we had. Crazy to think how happy seeing Bens life success makes a bunch of randoms on social media eh, great work building a community Fouad. Ian, James, Ben, this podcast is an incubator for the stars of the sport.

Fouad when you interviewed James yesterday, the man is an amazing individual. He is such an outstanding soul, with his outlook on life & it is clearly starting to show through in his bodybuilding endeavours. When you guys came on today I was almost in tears. I've been bodybuilding for 30 years since I was 18 and I can honestly say I feel like your all part of my extended family. Ben would and should do a podcast..hes got so much knowledge and information be great to hear more of him..such a top bloke but as much as I love these podcasts I find he's never allowed to finish what he's trying to say or it gets pushed away somewhat sadly..

I watch these every Friday night while working at a gym in the UK. Inbetween training and eating 💪

The boys are all back super stoked great content as always!
