My favorite thing about this video is going back and watching each person's reaction to the split flip thing Chey did

Finally my boy is officially the best reaction taking this request 🤞🏾

Chey comes from a breaking background and unfortunately is one of those guys that will blow you away the first time you see him but then doesn't have much in the way of a large list of moves and it seems like he has been trying to push away from that breaking background. Not to take away from the work he puts in but he definitely has 'signature move' crutches though his dime stops and such are really on point in his performances outside of breaking battles. I liked this video overall and I even liked Chey's second round in the same way I like Ugly Fate's first vs Konkrete in that it felt like it was just trying to go on raw emotion and that appeals to me. But I understand the reaction it for sure. Dykens is just one of the most consistent dancers I have seen. I can't say much about him because he is just great. He knows his pocket and thrives in it with Zyko. That all said, I love the "I Love This Dance" format and 2018 was a banging year. John Hope vs Joker, Kiddy vs Robozee, Creesto vs Kevin Table, Liza vs Miel, Blondy vs Mistiqux were all performances I fucking loved to watch.

The vast majority of bboys is like that though, there's barely any freestyle involved anymore, it's mostly just premade sets.

i was in the room that day and to be fare, the tension during chey 2n round was quite intense. i think you cannot feel that trought a video

Lol I’m still here.... but fr I was dying when you were just staring at the camera. Chey was definitely impressive the first round but it got kinda stale in the second, and dykens had some nice moves and musicality in the 2 round. All in all it was ight to me

Dykens won for me cause chey laid an egg on the 2nd half of his 2nd round, but his 1st round was crazy. The control, speed changes, and the dynamics was insane. Dykens was very consistent in both of the rounds for me. I was really impressed with his approach with the 1st track and how he was able to adapt to the song. His flow and groove was really nice.

My personal opinion the DJ fucked up by not changing the beat. He had nothing but words mostly in his second round. Which doesnt allow him to do anything and people hating on him for that. Cuz i hate when people overly dance when the music is not requiring it. He did what he could with that. His first round was enough.
