Chevy Suburban Z71 Overland Camper - Out In The Wild Tour [Build #27]
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
In this video, I take you on a tour of my latest build, which is another Chevy Suburban. It is a 2004 Z71 4x4 model that has been built to a level 3 overland camper capable of sleeping up to 4 individuals.
This video tour of the rig is being brought to you from Boise National Forest which is part of a 2500 mile road trip that I'm doing with my buddy to visit some of the most scenic places in the western United States.
I decided to make this video to show you the build in action in a dispersed camping site next to a beautiful river in a very scenic mountain area next to Boise, Idaho.
Enjoy!
The Level 3 Build Includes:
Bed & Storage
Side Storage (Shelf/Cubby)
Rear Kitchen
Solar & Battery

I’m in Boise. Love camping in the Boise mountains. Great fishing too. I love the build.
Giving the Suburban Z71 revitalization $$$$$
Nice build! I've been wanting to do something like this for a few years... some day.
Nice build. Looks really functional.
Love the build sir.
Very nice build.
Great ideas
Love the views and the setup. Except where's the bathroom
I would like to se this converted back with the middle seats.
What battery are you using? Something with high heat tolerance?I wanna do a deep cycle under the hood of my Denali.
what are you getting for mpg? Ive been considering doing something similar
Was any trimming needed to fit the 33s? Do you have any rubbing?

Under normal driving conditions, there's no need to trim the inner fender liners. If you plan on going off roading, the rear liners would need to be trimmed at the bulge where the shocks are bolted to the frame.
Looks like stock suspension. If you put a 2 to 3 inch lift on it it would look better.
