Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
On this episode of Trucks! Stacey David and Mel Fair are finishing up on Project LT Xtreme, Chevy's Extreme S10. They're turning it into a muscle-bound sport truck. It's time to lay on the stripes and then take it out to burn some rubber.

Still better than any of the new car shows on tv. I miss good old car shows.. non of this drama shows
I went from Saturday morning cartoons to Saturday morning powerblock. No regrets there!!
When they were doing the stripes Stacy said "these are going to look good" Ha. Wonder what toy they got with that Happy Meal.
My older brothers and I always watched this every Sunday. Now we barely see each other let alone say hi. I sure do miss those days and how my brothers and I bonded.
I've got those Edelbrock shocks on my S10. They quit making them like 15 years ago. They are pretty killer. They were like $80 each so pretty pricey (for me) back in the day. They are performer IAS shocks. Inertia Active System. They had a variable valving system that opened up for a smooth ride on a flat road, or stiffened up on rough roads on for carving corners. They work awesome. Now everyone has multi-valving shocks, but Edelbrock was the first that I'd heard of to offer them.
This was a top notch build in 98-99 I remember watching these with my dad and brother Imagine them finding a s10 now of that year model and doing a 5.3 swap they would be no hand tools for dissemble more like a plasma and torch haha 👍🇺🇸

the intake manifold looks like the lt1 mini ram i think it was called, made by jeremy of faster proms dad!
@mrmister7526
5 жыл бұрын
As I understand it, the previous generation SBC (the TPI) had a very restrictive intake on it. I believe that Jeremy's dad fabricated the mini ram in an attempt to get more flow. The LT1 intake was a factory progression away from the TPI. Now all small block intake manifolds are plastic in order to prevent the heat soak associated with aluminium.
@lb9gta307
5 жыл бұрын
@@mrmister7526 the TPI was specificly designed for low end and mid range torque production at the cost of upper end horsepower. The TPIS Mini Ram which Jeremy's dad helped to develop was made for upper end horsepower. The LT1 and LT4 intake manifolds are basicly GM's version of the TPIS Mini Ram. Very similar.
