Whoo Hoo! 2 minutes in, I was able to delete two old phones on the list, I hit "pair" again, and it's working. I didn't have to reset my radio settings. This was easy, thank you!!!

THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!! It worked on my car. GMC Terrain. I disconnected battery. Went to phone store thinking it was a problem with the phone. Figured I had to take it in to the dealer and Im sure they would have charged me for a new radio system when alll that it needed was to reset radio. Your idea fixed my problem. THANK YOU!!!!!

This actually worked on my 2013 Buick La Crosse. I went through your steps twice, it kept saying 'no music found' when I inserted the thumb drive, so I was almost ready to spend $500 at the dealership, but I looked and the bluetooth device list was cleared out, so I added back my phone, and everything went back to normal. I have to give you credit, though I am not sure how this worked!

I tried the reset and it worked. The first two tries it asked for a different passkey but eventually my phone and the vehicle passkey synced and it worked. Thanks very much for this useful video!

THANK YOU! Aux is my life during 45 mins rides to work so it was really frustrating that it wasn’t connecting and none of the historically added bluetooths were deleting. This really helped and was super easy

So happy to see it’s working for mostly everyone!!! Only WE KNOW the mylink woes!!! The one thing I see people getting caught on is the USB.. All you have to do is open up your center console, and put ANY usb stick in. It will automatically update it. And I will say that again.. it will AUTOMATICALLY update it

This was not the issue my wife's Camaro had, BUT IT ALSO FIXED OUR ISSUE>>>>We were having a problem with the Blue Tooth Disconnecting and pausing in the middle of a song. If you tried to un-pause it , the song would just start from the beginning. It would never play the whole song or get through a whole song. But your fix also worked for this and reset the radio and blue tooth settings I guess. We just used some black USB Jump drive I had and it said it could not find the files it needed....but when I hit cancel and it restarted...>FIXED. Thanks again for the information and maybe my little story will help someone else as well. Good Luck Everyone.

I bought my 2013 Cruze Eco in 2014. It has the color touch screen and is Bluetooth enabled. I have never had any issues with the bluetooth audio or calling until last week. I have used both android and iphone, currently using iphone SE. Last week, I began having issues with incoming calls not answering through the Bluetooth, and also (what bothers me the most) audio trouble. I am able to connect music through the bluetooth, it shows what is playing and i can see it playing both on the screen and on my phone, but there is no sound. I am also able to control (pause and skip) both on the steering wheel and panel controls. I have tried disconnecting from the car bluetooth and rejoining it but no success:( I am going on a big road trip in a month and i need my music to work properly! Please help!!!

How long does the update usually take? I bought a “flash drive” aka usb drive and followed all of the steps to update. Once I got to “please insert usb device” I plugged in the usb drive. I left the car in park and running for about 40 minutes and once I checked on it is still says “searching and verifying files”. How long did it take for yours to update?

Any usb device. I know. It’s weird. But it just works for whatever reason. The software needs something to update on. And any usb will work
