I got a 22 2SS with upgraded exhaust, brakes and suspension all blacked out. I set it to always sound like track mode and have a blast driving it for any little thing. Never gets old.

I got a 16 2SS and bro this video really shed light on how much of a difference the NPP active exhaust makes when in different drive modes. I never really noticed it that much its kinda hard to tell in the cockpit.

Picked up my radiant red 23 2SS two weeks ago. Black appearance package with the black Camaro badge, black spoiler and mirrors. Did Nav sunroof and NPP. Chose the NPP because I like my car noticeable but not super load while I’m cruising but loud when I step on it. If I do anything exhaust wise I’m keeping factory NPP and add headers. But that may be after warranty expires😂

Congratulations on your pickup! I just know it looks amazing the black appearance package really sets it off. Your reasons for the NPP is the same as mine I wanted to be able to cruise and relax and get loud and rowdy when I want too. Its a huge bonus with that exhaust. And you may be on to something with keep and working with the factory exhaust but complementing it with headers. 🧐🔥
Tour mode sounds like stealth mode 😲 you can’t hear a thing. Keep the videos coming!!!

I know some of the quality aftermarket exhaust can sound great and are well-made. However with the optional Chevrolet dual mode exhaust sounding so good an aftermarket exhaust is really not necessary.

@@cardo1111 Yeah that's why I'm really so on the fence about swapping it out. I want to get full use of my stock setup before any changes. 👍🏽

From what I understand if you put it in sport mode (for example) and drive the car mellow it will automatically switch back to tour mode- is this true? I am still doing the break in on my 2SS so I won’t drive it over 3,000 rpm / or past 75mph until it gets 1,500 miles on the engine-as the manual suggests

Yeah it'll stay in "Sport Mode" when it comes to the steering and suspension. But if you drive mellow in sport tue valves with definitely close and quiet the car back down just like "Tour Mode" But it will still run in V8 mode the whole time. "Tour Mode" makes sure that at cruising speeds you save gas so deactivates 4 cylinders to keep your fuel management in line. 👍🏽 Congrats on your 2SS and welcome to the family there's nothing wrong with following the break in period. I did the same thing. Preserve and take car of the car and it will take care of you! 🔥🦅

My 2014 SS is straight piped so my modes are loud, very loud and shut that shit off! The last one is the neighbor mode😂

Is Stealth mode quieter than Tour mode? Is so, is Stealth a lot quieter? Thx

To me there really isn't much difference when driving. The only time I see stealth mode helping is during a cold start. If you set your car to stealth mode the night before when you come back in the morning it will have a "tin" like sound on start up instead of the basic tour mode half valve open. 👍🏽 Thank you for watching the video I really appreciate it. 🔥
Just pull the active exhaust mode fuse. They flaps will stay open all the time.

With the 2SS you get the extra comfort amenities like leather Heated and cooled seats, blind spot assist, rear parking cameras, wireless charging, wireless CarPlay, memory settings, Sunroof. And a few others

I've got a '21 2SS in Crush Orange. 10 speed auto. I'm usually in Sport mode, but that crackle in Track was nice. Do you drive in manual mode or full auto?

@@ronlininger4295 Thank you! 👍🏽 I drive in full auto mode. In sport and track mode if you let off the throttle around 3,000 - 4,000 rpm you'll get that crackle like 80% percent of the time. 🔥
