Incredible!!! I do regular short tapping for anxiety sometimes several times a day, deep breathing exercises too. I done several today but still had chest pain (I have on/off anxiety) so I looked up tapping g for chest pain I did this just now & chest pain gone & feel overall relaxed Gold bless you!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Glad it helps Renee. Hopefully tapping can become a tool that you utilize whenever you feel stuck or nervous. I find it comforting to know there's something I can do, even though it might not completely change how I feel, at least I can get moving in the right direction by practicing.

My chest muscles get so tight and tense and painful when I'm stressed or anxious and tapping usually helps. But this time it was so painful that soft tapping was too painful

Yes, it should be possible. If you have any health issues or concerns, please consult your doctor first.
When is the time i need to tap? Is it once a day? Or just just when i need it? And does it have a time limit? Like in chest how many min or seconds?

Hi Klaine! Tapping can be done at any time of day. In the morning it will be helpful to activate your energy or wake up your mind. In the afternoon, many people use tapping to refresh their energy level. And in the evening it can be done to release stress or negative thoughts/emotions from the day and rest better. Certainly you can practice more than once per day. As for a time limit, I would recommend at least 5 minutes of tapping in order to bring your attention fully to your body, but longer sessions are perfectly fine. As long as you can breathe well and maintain good posture, you can continue tapping for 10, 15, or 20+ minutes. If that sounds extreme, start with 5 minutes and notice the difference. Longer tapping sessions can become a kind of meditation experience. Enjoy! and let us know how it goes. :-)

Yes, please try chest tapping in order to feel better and relax. Start gently, and be sure to breathe comfortably. Exhale through your mouth. Try not to expect an immediate change. Set a timer for 2 or 3 minutes and just focus on the process of tapping and breathing. Bringing attention to the body, stimulating the feeling of the chest, and breathing are the key points. If you have any concerns, please consult with your doctor before trying.

While this technique is not designed to 'cure' anything, by practicing regularly, you should notice more awareness of how stress and anxiety affect your body and mind and what you can do to manage those feelings and reactions. Over time, you may feel it is easier to break free from anxious feelings and stress responses.
