I don’t really have a valid answer for that rather than just saying practice because there are multiple factors. For me it’s just studying scales/modes like Dorian and Major/Minor and then try to get the best hand synchronization possible. A quick way to get faster is practicing legato.

That’s high? I’d say it’s pretty average. It’s actually really comfortable to me. Plus I use 9-46 strings so I barely have to press down.
