I was just there! The plans start at $650k I believe it’s the Brandon plan which is a smaller size of this home. Check out Chesmar’s Lyndon plan at highland grove in new b! It’s what we went with!

Why is the tax rate so low compared to Boerne or Bulverde?
JB homes on a larger scale. The framing is awful
