2.7 Property tax... That's insane... I thought my 2.5 was terrible.. Which I still do.

That is because they have that Multiple Utility District Tax. Vintage Oaks is right next door but since they use septic systems, they are at 2% or less.
Doors are not solid and the cabinets are pressboard and the shelves are all from target. Wire mesh.

Chesmar sucks. It’s just like a KB home
