Cherry Blossoms, Tulips, and Magnolias: Spring Fever in Technicolor at Golden Gate Park
Spring is the best time to visit Golden Gate Park with its riot of flowers blooming all over from the cherry blossoms at the Japanese Tea Garden, to the magnolias in the Botanical Garden, and the tulips in Queen Wilhelmina Garden. Even the cows in the Bison Paddock have got it bad!
Here -- instead of telling you, let me show you with my Ode to Spring, a titillating and sometimes not-PG haiku to Spring Rites in six parts. This is a bit suggestively racy so if you are sensitive to that type of content, watch with the audio turned off 😂

Ah. Last March I remember you talking about checking out the Tea Garden later in the week and the lock downs started days earlier! The music concourse is where I'd sit on the band stand steps to eat my take out dim sum from Clement street . I found those black birds very amusing to listen to and like Hawaiian mynah birds. Ok. So now I know where the new Ferris wheel is. I'm gonna have to check it out next time.

It was really aggravating that I was waiting for just that footage then everything closed down literally a week or two before the cherry blossoms came out! 😂 It's all good -- better late than never. Yes, the ferris wheel should be around for at least another year. It's a bit on the expensive side though...

Ours is a poor copy of what they have in Holland but good enough to enjoy on a Spring day.
I was sad when I found out that the Tea garden was partially closed when I visited SF but I have to say I had a great time spending and learning about SF with your company. I can't believe that its gonna be almost two years since the pandemic struck down here in US

So funny! I apparently have a ton of dopplers. I've just got one of those really common faces. But I just remember I WAS in RWC to go specifically to Sigona’s! Was that where u saw me? Or Costco across the street?
