    Well. This is very interesting. I have done this session for the past 3 days. I have a rather sore knee and it's making things challenging. I Feel So Much Better after doing this class ! What is the magic here ? I do not know but I am so Very grateful that this is relieving my pain. And it truly is soothing my soul. Thank you, my dear. Carry on, please.

    i love these Qigong practice and I am thinking to do, monday autum, tuesday winter, wednesday spring, thursday summer, friday late summer. Is this a good way or should i do autum a week and same with winter.

    Second time round I’m still struggling a bit with repulsing the monkey (part two) - the finer details seem to escape me. Maybe it’s due to a background taking away from a clear view of every aspect of the moves. Maybe. Thanks Nick. 😊
