Great presentation. I honestly believe Chen Family Style Tai Chi Chuan is making a comeback. As the saying goes, 'What's old is new'.

Thank you for sharing this video. I just beginning to practice with my teacher who is member of the 20. generations of Chen Family. This video helps me a lot in my practise at home.

It looks like he is a living kanji,as if he belong to the complessity of the chinese writing and the body moves as same as a stroke on a scroll, amazing,so delicate and strong at the same time.

This was great, the first few movements were well instructed though it feels like the transition to the 24 movement section is quite a jump.

Great video, I am going to try any incorporate this Tai Chi in with my new beginning studies in Wing Chun that I recently started in...cause at my age this could have greater value than WC...since I'm in my late 50's. ..but I will continue to watch these videos and practice along with them...again thank you for this video posting..

Sometimes I wish these tutorials didn’t have the teacher wearing the Chinese baggie pajamas because you can’t see the body movements. The pants hides the foot positions and the angles that the body needs to move, like moving the body from the waist up only, etc.

Now this is a bit odd because I never heard of 24 fist, just 18, laojia 1, 2 and 56 which is a combination of 1 and 2 fkr competition.

i practiced Yang style for 12 years with a Chinese Master. Now he passed away and I am approaching to Chen as the basis of all Tai Chi. The problem is that I am 64 years old. I wonder if I am not too old for startinf this style.

I live in Malaysia and I am blessed to have great martial arts teachers because of Malaysia's cosmopolitan population masters in the 50s and 60s can beat me easily if you read Francis Kumar's book on Internal martial arts..you will know you are never too old to learn Taichi....especially Taichi, I practice the Chen style.

Quite a good basic description for beginners until the '24 Movements'. Far too much Fajin to be a beginners set. You need to have the principles fully ingrained into your movements before you start doing the fast/power stuff.
