Reece finally did the surgary that we were waiting for him to get, he was in a cycle of injuries because the club was trying to avoid the surgary that will force him to be out for a whole season instead what happened is that Reece was injured for 2 seasons in a row!!, that is why the club did the sugary this year with the best doctor in Europe, im scared that if we sell him soon for 60 Mil and works with the best medical staff in Real Madrid that we may regret and he enters his prime years with good fitness in Spain.

We gon have to put our emotions and sentiments aside and say that Reece James isn’t irreplaceable. I feel with those who are sentimental about Reece and that’s how I was with Arjen Robben I literally she’d tears when arjen Robben was sold and thought we should have given him a chance to keep him fit but hey Reece is on 300k a week and have missed 70% of games with us and if this is a chance to cash in on him I think we should absolutely take it. It’s no easy but I think it’ll be the wise decision to make. Malo is doing enough as a first team player and we can always get a competition for malo. This home grown sentiment needs to stop asap so we can think of the right thing for our club. The best ability is availability and Reece cannot be relied upon. Ownership crap if still want us to cash in on Reece as soon as he’s fit and I know this will be highly decisive in the fanbase but it’s chelsea before anything. Recce was never a captain material but a world class player when fit. Same could be said about Arjen Robben at Chelsea.

There are supposed Chelsea fans on the board, surely they know that fans want home-grown players in the team? US sports don’t really have the home-grown affinity that football fans have because of the draft.

As a 41 year old, lifelong Chelsea fan, it is utterly beyond my comprehension how someone could be a 'die-hard' fan of another club's player. Sure, one can admire players at other clubs, but a 'die-hard' fan? That just makes me question your connection with Madrid.

The players worth most financially are also the players worth the most emotionally by the fan base.

In terms or Reece James ability you would say absolutely not to selling him. However, based on his injury record and the amount of time he is out compared to in the team, it is a possibility especially if he plays outside the PL. However, on the other side how much would we actually get, with teams knowing we need the money? Also, we need a backup replacement and you can be sure teams will want top dollar. So it is all down to money if we can get a good price and a replacement that doesn't cost much it's probably on. TBH any player is probably available to sell at the right price. We also have to think, how many of our top players will want to stay with a team that has had mid table mediocrity in the last two seasons`?
