That is also offset by the fact that we took points from games that we shouldn't have even gotten a draw. We are deservedly where we are, and I believe we can get better next season. It's already remarkedly better than the season before Poch.

For your information, Drogba Did NOT JOIN CHELSEA AT 22 YEARS OLD. He was 26 years old when he Arrived in July 2004 from Marseille.. Tammy Score 15 goals at loan to Aston villa and 15 non-penalty goals for chelsea and it still wasn't enough to give him a chance. SO JACKSON IS ALREADY PROVING HIS IS A PROPER buy.. Drogba costed us 24mil and they Paid 32MiL for Jackson.... Guys you are live on Camera get your Facts Correct before you mislead the Public.. Drogba was 26 when he arrived at Chelsea and only Scored 10 league goals in his debut season.. You are one of the few people I've seen on here or any of the social media that actually talks sense and get your facts right bud. A lot of those calling out Poch and the players are youngsters that have only supported CFC under Abramovich this is a different approach build the team from the ground up it takes time. A lot of the Poch hate is because he's ex Tottenham nothing to do with football he's 10 times better at coaching and nurturing players than Tuchel. Chelsea are not a top 4 team YET. Stupid to say so in my opinion. More of the team are now understanding there roles with and without the ball. Were moving in the right direction and with a few additions next season and better luck with injuries we can challenge for those positions. Don't change the manager,poch knows what he is doing,the players are improving.. We must keep Gallagher at all costs.Boehly are you listening.

It will most likely come down to significant points deduction or sell the academy grads due to piss poor financial management. Realistically we don’t need any additions, the team getting healthy is basically a free window

Yes inverted midfield switch with Cucrella is the mark of successful change for Chelsea and a brilliant move by Poch but don't just get too stuck with, football is all about formation and starting lineups. Poch was saying all along, it is about getting the basics right and building a team. The players are finally playing as an unit, this is more important than formation, lineups etc.

Easily would have been with a fully fit squad ...12 players out all season is a joke.

They are getting stronger and better as a team and will be challenging for top 4 next season they should keep pouch for next season its starting to work and looks positive few signing and Chelsea be strong again .

This team just needs time, Poch needs time. Even with Silva leaving, Chelsea do not need any experience or new players coming in which these pundits are clamouring for. We have James, Chilwell, Colwill and Gallagher developing as our core leadership contingent which can drive the team going forward and instil our values. There is no need for any new, older player(s) coming into the group, having to adjust to the team themselves and try pulling rank when Reece James is already there. James is well-respected and his influence is already felt behind the scenes (a constant figure in the background, spoken highly of by his peers, attends youth games, supports players and staff ala JT) he just needs to lead on the pitch and stay fit. We just need our injured players fit and a stable squad. No new players are required, not even a new striker. Jackson does everything we need in our build-up play, arguably as well as most top-tier strikers, once he adds more goals to his game he'll be devastating. His close control, link-up play and passing range will only get better with time, a very unique skillset and profile similar to Henry (a left winger until he added goals to his game). With Nkunku coming back and Washington available, we're covered in that department. Even in our defensive midfield, Lavia could come into the base or even Ugochukwu if we require height or more strength. Centre back is covered as well, sadly even if Chalobah leaves, we have Fofana coming back into the fold. The 1 billion outlay wasn't just spent for the first eleven, we have multiple positions covered across the squad.

Probably Chelsea should have been higher but the board's aimless spending hasn't helped. It took for an Enzo Fernandez injury probably because their board won't have their most expensive and highest-earning players rotting on the bench without good reason.

They are where they deserve to be. Tony Cascarino was laughing when Pochettino said they should be 4th a few weeks ago. It's all nonsense. Winning games near the end of the season when many teams realistically have nothing to play for is much easier. Many people forget that squads are made to be young by design. Nobody makes them buy young players. They must have judged them to be good enough. It's an Arsenal Wenger excuse as to why Arsenal didn't win anything for years.
