Chilwell is such a tough one. I truly don’t think Chelsea could have won the Champions League without both he and Reece James performing the way they did that season. If he can stay healthy I’m confident the quality will still be there, the same way it is with Reece. Unfortunately we don’t know if either of them will be able to stay healthy. It’s at least encouraging that they’re both relatively young. And agreed. Chelsea do too much chopping and changing to be a serious team. That will have to settle at some point if they want to compete

We really need to address and change some faces in our medical department. Because even though we change coaches & buy top players every season, most of our good top players end up with long teem injuries. For example; Kante played the full season with Al Ittihad with great stats

If it's only based on fitness last season, then put a whole team on sale: Sanchez, James, Fofana, Chalobah, Levi Colwill, Chilwell, Lavia, Fernandez, Chukwuemeka, Nkunku, Broja. I mean come on... We all saw that Washington wasn't ready. It's only been a few months. He's still not ready. Also, Poch was under severe pressure. I suspect that he would've tried to develop him a bit more if he had assurances of more than 1 year with us.

I have a question for you regarding Carney injury; prior to the Chelsea fc vs West harm game where Carney was injured,do you have a dossier on Carney's injury history?If you have it produce it, otherwise why label him as an injury prone player? Carney has the capacity to be a regular first team player at Real Madrid, Barca and City.He is that good ,and won't cost anything less than £80M. If I were Todd Bohely I would sack the medical back room staff if they can't help Carney and Reece James to stay fit.These two players are the main player assets the Club has. Carney is untouchable!

Reece is world class when he plays, and that's the only reason he's lasted this long. I think he gets another season after his surgery to see where he's at health wise, and if it's another injury prone issue I think they have to take a hard look at other options

Just keeping a player around for vibes are good standards now? I love chilwell and will always be thankful for his time here but we need to accept that he has been way below par everytime he has played this season. Id rather get a less injury prone replacement that can do the same job or even better. In terms of experience we still got reece and now kdh and tosin.

I think the concern is he just hasn't been good enough when he has been fit, that being said the medical team is very suspect. Look at Pulisic and RLC at Milan both have played 3,600 and 2,800 minutes respectively, same with Kante and I know the same will be the case with Chukwumeka if he does leave.
