@@scottstunes9226 I kind of wish Pablo would chill on the ghost notes, though. Breaks up the groove, in my opinion. Also, his vocals are generic and bland compared to Tom’s and just kind of cause the vocals in general to be muddy. Tom’s sound is killer, though. I love how throaty his lows are.

Im not hating but it's no where near actual live quality. They mixed and mastered the hell out of this. More like the illusion of a live show with studio quality reworked audio. Hella reverb and distortion on the vocals as well as all of the crowd and ambient audio being completely omitted. Production value is still sick. It's just not "live".

It's a mix. They have backing tracks from the album that they use live (mostly guitars and ambients) since they only have 1 guitarist on-stage. Then you have the vocals which are definitely 100% live (maybe some distortion, or most likely just screaming too loud into the mic at 0:59), and the drums look like they are live too. Then they just mix it after the show. So "technically" its 100% live since the backing tracks are used live as well...

3:24 the little girl dancing in the background gave me hope for younger generations.

I used to listen to Chelsea Grin quite a lot back in my high school days, that was like 8 or 7 years ago, then I somehow lost track of them, and then I come back to the band to find out they have a new singer and none of the guitar players back then is still in the band, and I have to say it's definitely a good change, they feel like a different band and I'm sure it's for better, cheers for them because they won't let the band die!

This performance is Pablo being an absolutely MVP. Change my mind.

Yup, I saw them in 2009 with Arsonists Get All the Girls, A Plea for Purging, Attila, The Agonist, and some local band. I remember losing my shit when I found out they were playing cause they weren't supposed to be playing that date. They sound a hell of a lot better live now though
