I remember this match because when I was 12 I went to it. Also my favourite team is Chelsea, and my favourite player was Frank lampard.

He also scored a ghost goal vs Spurs in 2011 which was 1of 3 illegal goals out of 3 that Chelsea scored in the 2 PL games vs Spurs both from losing positions to draw 1-1 & win 2-1 to swing 9pts in Chelsea's favour over eventual 5th place Spurs for a Champions league place....that Champions league Chelsea ended up winning and robbing Spurs of the last CL place consecutive seasons as well as this FAcup etc...

@@leighwakeham3735 Actually goals crossing /or not, the line has nothing to do with VAR. Its goal line technology where the ref gets a signal the ball has crossed the line from a wrist strap and was introduced 6 years before VAR in the premier league.
I was at this game with my dad that Lampard free kick was unbelievable and Drogbas goal to make it 1-0 😍😍😍

@@1983andyjm Respectfully - I lived thru the Mears descendants nearly bankrupting the club trying to rebuild the bridge & selling the Freehold after we won the League, FA Cup & Cup Winners Cup from 1955 - 1972, 27 yr Trophy drought, relegated several times for Years & almost demoted to 3rd Div in 1983 - so ANY winning Football where we take major Trophies is a Dream come true..... Never take it for granted

I suppose finishing 6th is considered good football for Chelsea who've recently finished 12th but it isn't generally classed as that, especially for a sugar daddy club like that.
