I've watched a lot of tactical channels but you seem to be the only one to animate the player dots on the page so you actually see the movement of the players better. Kudos.

If Poch works like this, i wouldn't mind him being there next season. But i fear that he will try to do something new which will bring problems to the team again.

I personally think we're using the 3rd man concept to attack really well and I love the workrate. When we gave them the ball we instantly start the pressure to win it back. That aggression is missing for sometime and finally we see it again. Love it! Wondering what will happen if all the players are back from injury. Cucurella is a must for the iwb role.

In this formation... playing Enzo in Gallagher's position won't work. Because he won't press...and he is not that a good goal scorer...

@@henryamadi-ts7ld there are games we played them this season and they worked.... especially in bigger games.. But most times against smaller teams it didn't work because we need more attackers...... Enzo has issues...he need a system where players stay close to each other... No need to run or chase opposition players.... That's the system that suit him. But without this system and also in EPL., His limitations will be exposed,.. He is not athletic...and he is not such a good marker...

Great game, even better video ;) but what do you think it will look like next season? What positions should Nkunku, James, Chilwell, or Gusto play? (I know, not at the same time) Should James go inverted? Gusto and Chilwell wouldn't play well like that. There is a problem on the left side when there is Nkunku, Jakson, Palmer, and Madueke

Pochettino was looking for a way to manage the team that was hit with injury... And the available players made it possible for him. If Enzo and Gusto were available, Pochettino will have difficulty including then in this formation.

As good as any formation is..., You still need players that suits it. You still need top elite players. If not, a good team with better players will still make the tactics look like nothing. Secondly...Every tactics will still get found out... Conte wowed both Chelsea and EPL with back 3 and won the league Second season, it was figured out. Even at Spurs, he couldn't do anything with his back 3...

Pochettino tried it because injury hit. If Enzo and Gusto were available it will be difficult to include them in this 3-2-2-3 formation in when we have the ball.... Because chalobah started as the RB, he was able to slot into the RCB cos he is a defender. If Gusto is there, can he slot into the RCB? He may not do that job well. Even James struggle as a RCB. Enzo is not as good as Gallagher in pressing the opponent and scoring goals... So where will he play in this formation?

poch is killing calagher palmer and cucurela they're playing in the midfield and madueke Jackson madueke are playing free doing nothing waiting for ball to receive

Lewis Hall can play that role better than CUCURELLA

Enzo in Gallagher's position on this formation won't work... Because that position is where we back up the front players during pressing.

If Enzo has to play then he will sit and deep lying playmaker while Cucu inverts then Caicedo will take Gallagher's spot. There will be enough games for rotation but no need playing the 3 of them. We need Palmer/Nkunku in CAM. if we have to play the 3 of them then Gallagher will probably play RB so he can invert. Another player who can take Gallagher's spot is Carney if he ups his pressing as he will be great in half spaces and interchanging with the LW.

3:59 This isn't an innovative thing. Ruben Amorim did it 1st and maintained it this whole season.
