Agree 100%, Poch’s tactics have definitely been lacking. When you look at the best moments that this young Chelsea team has shown, it’s been individual brilliance rather than something coming from the training grounds

Poch is one dimensional. He uses Gallagher there because he hopes that he will cut in and shoot. He is hoping for goals. Meanwhile our off the ball movement is so poor.

I just give my opinion what I think. Its proof in stats that caicedo and enzo has played worst under poch than in there previous clubs

​@@ChelseaExplained Most managers are overrated. There are very few elite managers. Football intelligence is an instinctive thing. If you don't have it you can't solve or fix things. Poch is just trial and error. That's why we started off the season playing low intensity backwards possession football and losing to high intensity squads. Poch only looks the part but he is so far ordinary.

@@rowslynch6342 excatly, I think you are saying just what im thinking. I think poch isnt the only one to blame but he has had almost a whole season to build a system and we have barely seen any improvement

@@ChelseaExplained like I said. Trial and lots of errors and not having the instincts to improve positional off the ball efficient use of space especially thight spaces in the last third. Instead players would turn back sometimes all the way to the GK having 70% possession and still losing matches. Old time football mantra that says if you have the ball the opponent can't score except in the modern fast pace game you get hit on the counter and lose to bottom teams because you don't know how to beat the low block. Its mind boggling ???
