귀여운 스카일라래 체리를 올려 장식한 롤 생크림 케이크를 만들었어요~
폭신하고 부드러운 롤케이크 시트에 화이트 초콜릿 크림을 발라 만들었는데 맛도 잘 어울리고 무엇보다 시트의 촉감이 정말 부드럽고 좋답니다~^^
롤 케이크를 옆으로 세워 단면을 잘랐을 때 수직으로 시트가 나오는 재이밌는 케이크랍니다~*^^*
크림에 초콜릿을 넣어 만드니 더 쫀쫀하고 부드럽고 초콜릿 향이 함께나서 체리와도 잘 어울리고 훨씬 풍미가 좋더라구요~~
케이크를 말고 랩으로 감싼 뒤 모양을 동그랗게 잘 잡아 세워 냉장실에 굳혀야 예쁜 모양이 나온답니다~
체리를 좋아하시면 크림에 다진 체리를 더 많이 넣으셔도 좋을 것 같아요~
체리가 귀엽고 앙증맞아 위에 많이 올려도 잘 어울리더라구요~~

▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 22.5cm x 22.5cm
▶재료
_ 케이크 시트 _
달걀노른자 2개
설탕 10g
바닐라익스트랙 2g
우유 30g
식물성 오일 15g
박력분 30g
베이킹파우더 1g
머랭 (달걀흰자 2개 + 설탕 30g + 옥수수전분 2g)
(x2)
_ 화이트 초콜릿 크림 _
50%정도 휘핑한 생크림 200g (+설탕 10g)
녹인 화이트초콜릿 55g
작게 다진 체리
_ 장식 _
휘핑한 핑크색 생크림 (생크림 120g + 설탕 12g + 레드 식용색소 조금)
장식용 생크림 (생크림 50g + 설탕 5g)
체리
▶레시피
1. 달걀 노른자, 설탕, 바닐라익스트랙을 섞은 뒤 우유와 식물성 오일을 넣고 섞는다.
2. 박력분, 베이킹파우더를 넣고 섞은 뒤 머랭을 2번에 나눠 넣고 섞는다.
3. 팬에 반죽을 넣고 평평히 하고 기포를 제거한 뒤 180도 예열된 오븐에서 13분 정도 굽는다. 1번 더 반복해 구워 총 2장을 만든다.
4. 식은 시트의 가장자리를 잘라내고 3등분 한다.
5. 50%정도 휘핑한 생크림에 녹인 화이트초콜릿을 조금씩 부으며 넣고 섞은 뒤 작게 다진 체리를 넣고 섞어 크림을 만든다.
6. 시트 2장을 연결해 놓고 크림을 평평하게 바른 뒤 끝에서 부터 모양을 잡으며 말고 반복한 뒤 옆면의 크림을 매끄럽게 정리한다.
7. 랩에 감싸 냉장실에 1시간 정도 굳히고 휘핑한 핑크색 생크림을 전체적으로 바른다.
8. 옆면에 무늬를 내고 윗면을 매끄럽게 한 뒤 장식용 크림, 체리로 장식한다.

10g Sugar
2g Vanilla extract
30g Milk
15g Vegetable oil
30g Cake flour
1g Baking powder
Meringue (2 egg whites + 30g sugar + 2g corn starch)
(x2)
_ White chocolate cream _
200g Whipped cream_whipped 50% (+10g sugar)
55g Melted white chocolate
Chopped cherries
_ For decoration _
Whipped pink cream (120g whipping cream + 12g sugar + red food coloring a little)
Decorative whipped cream (50g whipping cream + 5g sugar)
