Chef Zarmig: A comment about the dressing for the fattoosh. Using lemon juice, red vinegar, and sumac, makes this dressing very sour. If that was the intention, that's OK. I left the red vinegar out and instead I added one tablespoon of honey. The dressing was impecable and delicious. Nice video!!

I know that too many bad lebanese are in Australia but not all of them. I am lebanese and o have been told this by my relatives that live there
