This guy DOESN'T play around when it comes to his food, he is always authentic with his ingredients, he doesn't waste food when he tosses, and he is very confident about what he's doing, I would rate this a pure 10/10.

I really enjoyed Uncle and Wang’s banter and joking around, as well as the method for Kung Pao chicken. I love the seasonal variation of using fresh walnuts.
Nice location, these both men are the best together. Chef please never change the location and do keep posting a lot more recipes along with your uncle. It's nice to watch. Love from India.

One of my favourite dishes! I have had it at home and here in China, the version here is so much better with the real spices but I mostly see it with cashews. I prefer it boneless but this looks amazing! And to get Uncle's high score of 99 means that it must be delicious.
