They never said anything about quantity. And their restaurants based on their taste not on quantity. And proportions are very important

I think chef pooja have less knowledge compare to other judges.. she never show anything knowledgeable while helping contestant. Chef Garima is far far better than her...

And if you want to be an executive chef, then you have to learn as many culinary techniques as possible. You must have the knowledge of ingredients and where to use them... Or else you won't survive in this industry

Chef Pooja is an amazing, sweet person; gives great, insightful advices as well...still I miss Chef Garima. Her aura is missing in this season :( What a sad end to this episode! I thought both Seema and Koushalya are amazing, down to earth persons and amazing cooks. I really wanted to see them go further :(

They never forced any contestant to use wine in mystery box challenges. And the wine used in this dish is non alcoholic. I don't know what kind of weed you're smoking but in cooking, wine and wine vinegars are important ingredients
