silver carp is very good. and i ate it full of bones. alot of picking. but some vids ive watched tonight showed me how to cut it up boneless. thats great. because the fish is so white and mild. i plan on replacing catfish in my deit with this fish. its so thick. were going back to the river sat to catch more of these.
I gotta try this. 9 times out of 10 if it comes from the water or ocean, ill eat it!!

Coral C cooking is all experimental and we all like different foods, so cook them however you want.
