A brilliant, very eccentric chef. Our equipment suppliers brought us there for a dinner in Vegas ones and we dropped 10 grand for 12 people 😂

He's the truth

Besides being a great chef, Jose Andres is a great humanitarian. As founder of World Central Kitchen, he's been the heart and soul of an organization that has fed a lot of people in dire straits. They are my number one recipient of charitable contributions. He sadly lost seven WCK staff members to an Israeli air strike yesterday while trying to feed people in Gaza. These people willingly go where most people would not. Please support World Central Kitchen.

It makes me sad to know that even with that he refuses to admit what it's happening in Gaza is a Genocide... I understand that's business interest above all, but being from the north of Spain I would expect more cojones and call things for what they are.

@@Rapusin Or, perhaps he is focused on feeding people, and not playing politics. If having WCK tossed out of Gaza by Netanyahu, what could you say those big cojones accomplished. It might make you feel better, but it wouldn't feed anyone.

The fact that this video came out the same day that World Central Kitchen aid workers were killed in Gaza is heartbreaking. Jose is such a beautiful human and everything he does for the world is amazing. 💜

I have to come back to watch this video completely later. The timing is unfortunate but it’s hard to watch a video of this guy snaking while people will starve after World Central Kitchen (reasonably ) pulled out of Gaza. It’s heartbreaking.

I lived in Spain around 2008-2010 and Jose Andres hosted a daily cooking show. I didn’t even know he had restaurants in the states. He’s a great guy.

This guy is like if every happy thought I’ve ever had was a person and this might be my new favorite snacked episode.

Amazing person. Spanish food doesnt get enough credit. Next time he should talk about the Asturian cheeses, like gamoneo or cabrales, incredible stuff.

Chef Jose is one of the few Michelin level chefs that I’ve ever seen that talks about food in such fun and passionate way, which is to my opinion the only way should make you feel ❤ Gracias Chef !

He is such an incredibly charitable human being but also what a magnetic energy and charm!

What he’s doing with World Central Kitchen is absolutely wonderful. What a talented, compassionate chef.

This dude is an absolute lunatic and I loved every second of it.

One of the many things I love about him is how, despite being a world class chef, he doesn't dismiss snacks, canned foods, and other preserves by acting all high and mighty abouth "fresh food" and the likes.

Chef Jose, sending you love from all of your Palestinian brothers and sisters. My thoughts and prayers with you and all of your aid workers. You gave Gazans hope during time there was none and now that fire is out again. Hoping you and your crew can come back under more sound times ❤️❤️.

Dios mío, siempre había oído hablar de este hombre por su ONG, pero jamás hubiese imaginado que tendría tanto carisma y tanta energía. Sin duda es de lo mejor que ha salido de España.

I think Chef Andres is the same as my father (his from Burgos Spain, very close to Asturias) and he made the same tuna sandwich! My goodness is the same as him!

Seriously, I never say this, but protect this man at ALL costs. He is an absolute GLOBAL gem!

I would like to apologize for some of the Americans that don't think much of Mr.Andres's choices. I am an American that grew up in Japan of an American Father and Japanese mother. I prefer seafood to anything else.
