Tender potatoes in creamy sauce flavoured with garlic and cheddar cheese.
Ingredients:
- 5 russet potatoes (around 1kg/2.2lbs)
- 1 yellow onion
- 3 tbsp (45g) unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 475ml (2 cups) whole milk
- 150g (1 1/2 cup) cheddar cheese
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp rosemary
- salt, black pepper
Bake for 70-80 mins at 200°C (400°F)
