► 30g sugar
► 3g instant yeast
► 3g salt
► 1 teaspoon olive oil
Toping:
► 30 g melted unsalted butter
► 10g minced garlic
► 10g chopped chive
► 1 egg yolk + 1 teaspoon milk for egg wash
► 200g pepper jack or mozzarella cheese
Bake 180 C / 355 F 15-20 minutes
