Ajay ji I watch all your video's and have tried many of your recipes. My mother is also a fan of your and enjoy's watching your video's. She always say's " yeh Ajay Chopra acha khana banata hai bilkul ghar jaisa". Specially more because you make bengali recipes she loves it. ❤

Chef please compare OTG vs microwave oven. Which is better for home uses.

Recently I have prepared this kind of thing in tawa. But to avoid burn I tried to make it not as a toast but as a sandwich with the same filling or stuff inside. It is easier to turn both the sides on and cook properly without a burn or without making it hard. To avoid extra cheese you can replace them with meyonese as it is a good binder.
