For anyone saying it got hollow: dough rises! And it did in this one, while the filling sank down. But it doesn't become less just cause the top rose. It is still a lot of food.

I think it would have help it they would have filled the top half up with something instead of just all that air

I have been watching a lot of these Korean street food videos lately... only thing that would be better is a narrator telling me what ingredients they are using. It’s not always obvious!

속이 비어보이는 게 아쉬운 분들을 위해 말씀드리자면... 저게 당연한 겁니다. 예. 안에 들어가는 속재료의 양은 정형 할 때 그대로인데 빵은 발효시킬 때 한 번, 오븐에서 구워지면서 한 번씩, 두 번이나 크기가 부풀어오르고, 안에 들어가는 속재료의 무게는 안에서 부풀어오르는 빵보다 무겁기 때문에 속을 꽉 채울 수 있을만큼 충분히 부풀어오르지 못한답니다. 그렇다보니 상대적으로 안에 소가 들어가는 빵은 속이 비어보일 수 밖에 없답니다~^^ 그럼 안에 소가 많이 들어가서 무게가 더해질수록 속이 비는 현상은 더 심해지겠죠? ㅎㅎ 저 또한 빵을 배운 입장에서 드시는 분들께서 속이 많이 빌 수록 안에 소를 후하게 넣었구나 생각해주시면 감사할 것 같습니다.

@@silver_1b 아니요 처음구울때 반죽안에 기포와 수분이 팽창하면서 빵을 부풀리구요. 구워진 후에는 조직이 굳어지기때문에 여러번 구우면 걍 타요. 빵이 탄다구요. 다탄다이! 클란다이!! 앙대앙대!!
