wash and clean fresh coriander then dry it nicely with a paper towel. Cut it into small pieces with a pair of scissors and then freeze it. :)

Hi, I made they today for iftari they came out absolutely amazing mashallah ❤️ But to be honest I didn’t have the hour spare to freeze them before cooking them they still came out brilliant. I also mixed cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese for the extra cheesyness 😂😂 because who don’t like extra cheese? Lol. Thankyou very much for sharing this yummy recipe ❤️

Hi Shaikh Humaira 2 things I would suggest are: 1. Beat a egg and add it to the cornflower and mixed flour mix. 2. If your cooking them fresh without freezing them don’t deep fry them for to long as they only need cooking till they are a golden brown texture on the outside. Hope this helps you
