Im 12 years old and me and my 14 year old brother are doing a challenge where we cook something for Iftar as its ramadan and tomorrow he is making garlic cheese bread and the the day after tomorrow im making this as i thought its so easy and delicious. I made this last night, but the nearest supermarket has been out of mozzarella for the longest while so I used shredded orange cheddar, it was really good! I made it with cajun chicken breast fillet and a mayo/ketchup/bbq sauce/mustard dip I made. So amazing all these flavours together... Will definitely be making again as soon as I get mozzarella
