She had a back injury and she wasn't allowed to do hard tumbling yet

i thought it was funny how brooke and shannon really wanted to get on a level 2 team and they would be happy with that but when she gets on a level 2 team shannon goes but she has some level 3 skills

The poor girl was scared to do a back handspring. Just leave it omg these mothers expect so much. She was nervous and scared because the mother was pushing her so hard.

Brooke is such a sweetheart! We all know what it's like to be that person at some point, and hearing that from her gave me the chills!

Like you’re telling me this gym has little kids that can do layouts and fulls but their most elite team is level 2? Heeell nah.

Its so sad the parents are living their childhood out of their children

i know exactly how that poor girl doing the back handspring and fell on her head felt when her mum was bugging her, gosh its not the end of the world, that little girl was brave!

Am I the only one who realised that the girl at the start looked like measi from dance moms

yeah and its not just about the backhandspring its about her being a horrible mother just because she probably never achieved anything

I've got a daughter in netball. Some mums are a bit pushy and bossy, but I've NEVER seen anything like this. So Canadian hockey moms r worse ??? What do they do??

@stuntingtumbler youth silver is the team for girls not old enough to start making the levels anyone ages 12 and under is eligible to try for youth silver but 13+ is when they put you on a team with levels

Probably because they all knew the TV show was focusing on the level 2 team and they wanted to be on the show.

Youth Silver was a team put together just for the show, so they basically had a mixed ability team just for the t.v

@CheerDownUnder I think the 'levels' are for older girls. Like Brooke made level two, and she's 13/14, and Cassadee is only 9/10

no there are levels for all the age groups execpt like mini or tiny teams. they have you level 5 teams look it up on youtube.

Why are they evaluating tucks, layouts and even fulls for a level 2 team? Like isn’t the hardest skill required for level 2 a back handspring? Layouts and fulls usually don’t even come into the equation until like level 4.. WAY too advanced for level 2..

For those who don't understand why the girls with fulls were on the team its called a cross over the girls have to be on a team in there age group and maybe the highest youth team is level 2 then they can. Cross over to a higher team in a higher age group but they must be one a team in there age gtoup

Actually, it is not an USASF rule that a kid has to be on a team in their age group. It is just a guideline, but a cheer club can put a child in a higher level division (without being on a team in their own division), if they have the skills and maturity to handle it. You can age up, but you cannot age down...

I went Bournemouth yesterday I saw them all on the beach lol

me and some people on my team are gonna be on their show soon! NO JOKE :)

in a interview with the mom's of the girls alana's mum said than she didn't worry when she fell on her head because the ground is not hard. I have fallen on my head on floors like that and it way hurt she could've at least ask her if she's ok but no she worried about her getting on the youth silver team

brooke's mom is always like "i dont push people", then 5 seconds later she goes, "Com'n i think you should do it"

r u kidding level 3 senior at my gym you need a round off back hanspring tuck or even a layout depending on your stunting

At the cheer gym I'll be trying out for, parents are only allowed in the viewing area which windowed off from the mats. I think that's how cheer gyms should be. At the beginning of training I can understand but closer to the actual date needed is when parents shouldn't be allowed. Coaches are coaches, parents are parents. Coaches are for major to minor critique, parents are for support, not tearing a child down like many of these moms are doing.
