Ima boil potatoes in the broth to keep the startch. Works when I cook Zuppa Toscana. Big time saver.

Anything is possible my friend. Water and taters first then add heavy whipping cream into the cooker at around medium temp, afterwards your going to want to add seasonings and get pre cooked bacon, don’t add bacon until meal is almost ready to be served. Thank me later.

I bake my potatoes in the oven first ( cool, peel, then dice). But everything else is pretty much the same. Really good when you're craving comfort food 😊

Better to do it that way because the potatoes need to cook fully and that takes a long ass time if you want them to be creamy like the soup lol I’d highly recommend the extra step. And old bay is an awesome addition lol

I've learned that Baco's "bacon" bits are actually vegan (soy). You can get the bacon taste without the pork products.
