Check Out This Used Truckmount Setup, Satisfying Stair Cleaning and Ways To Prevent Carbon Monoxide

Ойын-сауық

We bought this used van that had a prochem truckmount and tmf chemicals already in it. In this video we show a satisfying stair cleaning on how edwin an rob allen the 3rd (son) cleans stairs with different techniques. The chemical we used was black label prespray boosted with Unchained urine remover, then we sealed it with robs solvent sealer. We also discuss on ways to prevent carbon monoxide from entering when using a truckmount to clean residential homes that has carpet.

Definitely keep both live but you need a broken 50 foot piece always when youre doing upstairs apartments by yourself you need to bring the line in so you can throw it over the edge, if you have an uncut solution line then you will be trying to throw a roll of hose up a balcony and it doesn't work...

Ugh. Get rid of the rinses and go straight soft water. I used to run a rinse for like 20 years. When i got a truckmount without rinse it was like being freed from jail. In the rare event u want to acid rinse, mix it in a pump sprayer real quick and spray it down on the already-dwelled prespray right before you extract. Risky running acid in your solution line full time if you have customers with natural stone or marble, even if youre not cleaning it. It might catch over-spray from doing the carpet. That switching from alk to acid sounds good, except now u gotta switch, prime, and purge 200 ft of hose each swap and youre still not getting all that acid out of there as it weakens your hydroshit prespray 😂. Get rid of the hydro sprayers and get a few regular pump sprayers. Now your helper tech can take a vacuum, rake, and sprayer to the other side of the house. Fully independent! He won't need a solution line, heat, pressure, etc. With the hydro sprayer u need more than one. Or do you dump your solution in a bucket to save it when u go to mix another thing? A regular pump sprayer with access to hot water tap at truck is too easy. If the sprayer breaks, u get another for $15 at Walmart. Unlike hydro sprayers that need those dumb rebuild kits. How does it cost $150 anyway? I used a hydro for a week with a dedicated solution line. My helper and i hated it. It cost us tons of time each job. Every time we needed to do deodorizer or protector, we'd have to bring out the separate pump sprayers anyway! With black label, matrix grand slam, prochem ultrapacs, etc these presprays are modern and well made now. U just mix them with hot water and put them down and u barely need agitation. Only in traffic or dirty spots. So a rake is more than enough. Ive tested the orbital oreck for agitation, crb, all wastes of time to plug in, set up, etc. A pump sprayer and a rake handles 99% of the jobs and is FAST. All that expensive bullshit adds time, complexity, hype, and bad habits. To each his own though. The last office building we did as two-wand. Each guy took a wand, a pump sprayer, a rake, and some extra prespray powder to a different area of the building. With the male tip qd trick u just make your solution line into a hot water tap to mix your prespray at full heat right there at your wand. Spray a fair sized area of carpet, give it a quick rake, and extract. Each guy is a fully independent unit. A third tech dedicated helper is always nice but not needed. And we never prespray more than like a 20 minute cleaning area. It needs 5-12 mins to dwell of course, but it doesnt like to be down long either. Half hour max. And if it dried up, no bueno. Gotta rewet. So using a hydro to spray the whole house in one swoop.... Its just bad practice. No other way to say it

ugh. all you had to say was 'to each his own' instead of ranting like an demented old rugsucker.

You clean the stair towards the top stepping on the "clean" steps with your dirty shoes as you go and then you just dry it....hmmm idk
