Nate, the single wide has come a long way! This is a beautiful home for a small family. I love the kitchen.

This is a nicely appointed single wide with lots of upgrades like the stone work outside and in, the use of ship lack, nice flooring, generous cabinet space in the kitchen and a full master bathroom. The options for additional floor plans are interesting and the price point is very good for the home as-is. Great showing Nate!

Nice kitchen.11 drawers, just a tad short of over head cabinets for dishes and glassware. just a few modifications need to make it mine.

11 drawers in the kitchen, about time and shows how effective drawers over doors is.

For a single wide, this home isn't that bad. The palates used are soothing, and I do like the stone work in front and on the island. It's impractical to use it by the stove though for cleaning purposes. It does lack overall storage, but there is not any real wasted space in here. The secondary bedrooms are small, but then again, this is a single wide. However, I would want my closet shelf and rod to be solid, like in the master. I don't like having the water heater in the closet. I'm not a fan of the electrical panel in the bedroom either, but at least it's behind the door. I do like the master bath. I appreciate that the toilet is not behind a closet. I could make this work if I had to, just not with my current furniture.

Beautiful home, very nice floorplan, really like the light blue and grey color palette. I would want carpeted bedrooms, and full size D/H windows wherever there are transoms, plus an opening window above the toilet in the guest bath and on the wall by the toilet in the master bath. Otherwise, a perfect home for me, definitely going to this lot when I'm on the Coast next. Thanks for another great tour Nate, appreciate it!

A barn door, or better yet a pocket door, for the primary bedroom closet would be nice. But, still, I like the home. 😊

Need a "window' in guest bath, love the floor plan without tub! Folding doors across washer dryer area! Not sure of stone! Just a few changes, very nice home!

Nice cute little home. A few minor changes I would make- like relocating the water heater access.

LOL I said the thing when I saw it too! I love the fact it's Sheetrock throughout and vents in the ceiling and recessed lighting but I would go with on demand water heater and have installed outside the home. Now me I want it to be 2 Bedroom and 2 1/2 Bath with a coat closet. Winston Homes are way ahead other Builders " The Future is Upon US".

Yes, you can get Geico for mfg homes but they send it to a different underwriter. Really nice for a SW... Wow. But, it is a Winston!

That's a nice kitchen, for a single wide.

Stone work inside and out very nice but behind the stove not practical so get something complimentary to it in that section.

Couches, loveseats and chairs don't have to be against a wall but other pieces of furniture do.

Nice minus the cabinets in the master bathroom and those shelves on the bathtub. I definitely appreciate that the closet is in the master bedroom. However, I'm not a fan of the Island that's in the kitchen with the stone finished on one side.❤
