The one announcement I was excited for during the major was anti cheat reworks. Instead, we got a bullshit acknowledgement that they do in fact have more cheaters than ever because the bans are higher than ever. They didn’t address anything other than using AI to detect cheats. With Ubisofts history, this will be in beta for 3 years collecting data before it’s activated, and next season brings the least amount of new content we’ve seen since Operation health. To be clear - if they actually fix cheating I’d be happy with as little content as possible. This is the number one issue with siege right now.

Loading into a game you just never know, doesn’t matter what elo either. Had a plat/em game, we could identify one guy who always knew where we were but as I rotated across the building I heard a bullet whiz past my head. Went and checked the replay, another guy was walling me, missed a head shot threw a exterior window and two walls and walk away like he hadn’t done anything. It’s the not knowing that’s killing me, I’m not particularly good but every time someone seems to hunt me down, or preform just a little too well you have to wonder. Cause we have no confidence in the anti cheat we will never know if we’re losing for legitimate reasons. Makes putting in effort feel hopeless.

Just last night while queueing with a couple friends, i hit some questionable shots on round 1. Following this, one person on the enemy team decided i was cheating and toggled walls (he was probably already using them anyway) and started blatantly shooting us through walls. At this point one of the randoms on my team disconnected, came back one round later and HE started full-on ragehacking, sprinting while hipfiring around hard walls.. this game would be so good if it wasn't completely infested with closet cheaters and these "white knights" who are just as bad.

Thank you for posting this I haven't seen anyone talk about the state of high elo ranked. I gave up on champ because I get cheaters 5-7 times in a row everyday. This game is unplayable at high elo.

I have almost completely stopped playing ranked this season. And I cant imagine next season being any better, due to the very little amount of info we have about anti-cheat improvements.

Got back into Siege about a week or so ago, I have noticed the increase of cheaters and unfortunately its bringing down the community of siege. Its a shame and hopefully there is a fix to reduce it atleast...

I played the last two days on pc champ lobbies btw. I duo queued for 13 games this season as of June 22/23, 2024. Blatant cheaters in every lobby except two games. Thought I share how siege experience was coming back to the game from a 2 almost 3 yr break. Both I and my friend uninstalled today. Can't play this game ever again!

Yes, same for me and my team. 90% of ours games had cheaters. We even stopped playing to go watch the recording to confirme. Everytime we checked the playback to confirme someone was cheating, we would find another one or two also WH that we didn't even knew.

Adding a subscription before fixing the cheating is so insane, ubi finally remembered siege was their game

I’ve played less than 15 matches this season and 7 or them have been against cheaters 1 against SSG and the rest against 4/5 stacks

bring back tanned 1.0 despite all the evidence they have supporting 2.0. ITS TRASH also worst anti cheat known to man, they say they banned more players, sounds good until you realise siege had more players active so it just evens out.

The number of cheaters banned just comes down to ppl who cheat making alts and the increase in the number of cheaters. Not necessarily the player base increasing

As I posted already to Ubi: In my recent matches it was about who the better cheater is. I tried to teamkill the cheater on my team which turned out that there was another one on my team... And 4 on the other team. Currently Siege is unplayable and unenjoyable. One radical solution would be a real person identification and registration via a third-party company which does a video identification. Register only 1 account for 1 person. If someone has multiple accounts those accounts should be aggregated / merged to 1 account which is bound to a single person. If the account is banned due to cheating etc. then not only the account is blocked but also the person in real life via his passport ID.

I haven't played Ranked in weeks because of the cheaters. Last Ranked session I played, my stack ran into seven cheaters in a row. It's like anti-cheat is turned off or something I swear.

Yesterday 15 Matches, 21 Cheaters. I fckn can‘t anymore. I do not even get my Rankpoints back

Cheaters must be sadist, thats the only reason to cheat. The rank, the K.D, the time played amounts to nothing. There cant be satisfaction because there is no challenge, no work, no skill. This has been my exact experience for months now. Genuinely 30-40% of my ranked games are blatant cheaters. Probably 5-10% of standard games as well. I yearn for a siege where there are no cheaters.

The game genuinely feels unplayable past a certain rank. I've played this game since beta and have never been as closing to quitting as I am now. I didn't think I'd see a cheater epidemic worse than Tarkov, but Siege is close. Also shout out the guy on your team for helping you screw him over.

The saddest part is that they are in standard and quick mode too... Crazy world we live in.

Main reason why I switched to playing fighting games. Shooters are just not worth it anymore. You get about a month of good gaming out of a new shooter, after that, the hackers invade and then it's over from that point on😞😞😞

I said this shit a year ago. Vote to end match. 8 reports in a game ends in a draw and the accused is suspended for 30 minutes (to slow down queuing but also give them a chance to not get banned if they are legit), then an hour, 2 hours, 24, if it happens consecutively. PLEASE give players more agency to not get stuck playing a 20 minute match of bullshit on a game they paid for.

There’s even cheaters in quick match, got blatantly walled (prefiring through multiple hard walls) and nothing even had some people cheat in ranked like 2 people blatantly walling but game sense and knowledge worse than a copper player literally went into overtime against those losers

I stopped playing for a while But last time I checked there was a reputation points system What happened to it? Did it even work?

To be honest I finally uninstalled after getting on night after night playing nothing but cheaters. This game really isn't offering anything anymore to make someone want to play with the cheaters present. No new map, no new ops, ranked system that is abysmal, etc...

So all I need for a champ charm is to get cheaters on my team every match
