There is a surprising amount of space in what looks like a tiny house from outside. So much potential.

The kitchen isn’t how I would lay that out but nothing looks nailed down. Easy fix.

Wow! LOVE the surprise rooms below!!! This is one of my favorite properties that you’ve shown, Rino! Very quirky, and could really see ourselves living there. We’d make that star-vaulted upper cellar room a wood shop (with pantry area in the smaller room) and replace the interior ladder access with a proper stairway. The lower cellar would be a metal-working shop and storage. Would see if we could add another half-bathroom in one of the cellars, too. Super interesting, parking just outside, and a great view of the castle. Super find! Great job as always! Grazie mille!

I’d put that table in the kitchen that’s in living room,washing machine definitely does not belong in kitchen. Nice place and maybe make it so could be usable as 2 apartments.
