In the USA and Europe we call it a ( basketball hoop)aand also The kitchen floor. The center area of the kitchen that is tiles!! they've been painted so they put tile in the middle of the kitchen But it looks Great! By the way when you want to say different years, it's easier to say the eighteen hundreds or the seventeen hundreds i don't know if that's easier to say 👍 I can't imagine trying to speak Italian. I think you do a wonderful job with your videos and your English. I watch your videos every time 😃🥰

I can appreciate the artists joy that has been expressed in so many places in this home. The home and situation are sunny, light, and blessed by trees and nature. Anyone going into this place would want to 'curate' it to their tastes, which may take a lot of work or a little. For me probably only a little, as well as fixing or removing some of the non-working features. However it is perhaps priced a bit high. Thank you for showing us another 'weird' (unusual and deserving of sharing) home.😊

I really love how you show the homes. This one needs a lot of work, and the price is a bit much. It’s a lovely location.

Very unique property. Love the land, views and large patio. It feels a bit expensive to me as well considering the work that needs to be done. However, in browsing at homes for sale in that area the price doesn't look out of place. I'm guessing since it's closer to Chieti and Pescara that property goes for more than the inland areas we've been targeting.

Definitely! Cepagatti is considered quite premium and possibly that's why the price is a bit steeper, but yeah, maybe a bit high considering the works needed!

Interesting property. The only thing good about the property is the separate apartment unit that one can live in while renovating. The price is high due to the conditions it is in. Basically need to make a new house. A little of junk ti get rid of before one starts. It’s ok.

May be crazy, but compared to I feel this is very over priced for the amount of disrepair. But cool property.

Everything is neglected, dated, and poorly built. A construction at the backside without a permit. It will cost a fortune to turn this property into a really beautiful house. The surroundings are stunning.

Nice villa. It's a bit expensive for a house that needs a lot of work. I would retain the floor and some of its quirks.

Great video but that house needs a lot of work and my opinion is that they should knock 100k off that price. The agent seemed to be enjoying himself in the hammock. 🤷‍♂
