What's up guys, today I want to talk about property that is under $30,000 in Phnom Penh. Today I will show you different properties in phnom penh that are good value and how big or small they are over there. There are many houses, apartments and condos that are freehold and available for foreigners to buy in Cambodia. So today we’re going to take a look at what you can get for less than $30,000 in Phnom Penh. I'm not a professional editor or property agent. I made this video to share what I know only :)

Cambodia is a Southeast Asian nation whose landscape spans low-lying plains, the Mekong Delta, mountains and Gulf of Thailand coastline. Phnom Penh, its capital, is home to the art deco Central Market, glittering Royal Palace and the National Museum's historical and archaeological exhibits. In the country's northwest are the ruins of Angkor Wat, a massive stone temple complex built during the Khmer Empire.
Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s busy capital, sits at the junction of the Mekong and Tonlé Sap rivers. It was a hub for both the Khmer Empire and French colonialists. On its walkable riverfront, lined with parks, restaurants and bars, are the ornate Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and the National Museum, displaying artifacts from around the country. At the city’s heart is the massive, art deco Central Market.

    Yes they are very cheap...but the maintenance fees are the trap. In a lot of cases those fees are close to what you would rent it for. Also, the build quality isn’t good. There’s already many problems with water pressure , electric wiring , elevators etc. Same in Thailand & Vietnam....these places are falling apart due to shoddy construction. When rents cheap....why buy a headache. Never buy in countries where you don’t have citizenship....there’s No Rule of Law in Cambodia . I’ve seen too many expats buy in these SE Asian countries & regret it. I’m leasing a place for LESS than my electricity bill was back home. It’s a good feeling knowing if the neighbours are trouble or the place starts falling apart you can simply toss the keys back to the Agent & wish him luck.

    Very useful knowledge for foreign home buyers. Of course, I agree with you foreigners can purchase condo unit in Cambodia, especially in Phnom Penh. The price is very though depending on the location buyers choose to buy it. It's always good to consult, ask questions as much as you can to make the right decision. Include the stamp from the antoney for proper SPA documents with guaranteed.

    Condo9​​ not pick up call I visited already they say this unit is 81,000$ Not 21,000$

    I beg to differ on that , high taxes , high rent, exeively high cost of living. And painfully high taxes . A lot of full time middle class wrkers live under the poverty line . Not all westerners are rich or even close to it. Most live week to week just one or two checks ahead of the game.

    Interesting, thank you. I am just very surprised by condo 6 : you say 24000 for the studio and then you show Conde BKK1 on the map as the name/location. But the prices of studio there is much much more than that. Where did you find this price of 24k ? I would be interested to have the link. Thks

    you should show some what you get between 80,000 and 100,000, because western retired people have money and dont mind spending it.

    The price you said is mostly, wrong . Most of the condo you mentioned is more than 40000$ ,at that time you mentioned, and now more than that.

    Are there even cheaper condos in Sihanoukville? There has been a Boom & Bust cycle there, with now being Bust compared to the Chinese-driven go-go years. It should be a good time to buy there?

    @@uetravels Hi, not looking for business cost. When someone buys a condo/apartment. There are ongoing building cost. When you talk about these units, it would be nice if you also went over the cost. Keep up the good work.

    You may want to try searching for GPMC | Cambodia in Facebook. Was referred to this agency before and it seems they have alot of sales collaboration with different developers in P.P. Cheers.

    @Le Nick There were several agencies you may find it online and contact but not all may have any sales collaboration with the all the developers in P.P. I was once referred to an agency by the name of GPMC | Cambodia. Speaks good english especially for me as a Foreigner to at least understand. You may want to search their facebook for more contact info. Cheers.

    Dont buy uk condo property. They very bad developer. A lot of problem 1) still no soft title after 4 years 2) House design ugly and bad product. 3) handover without proper process. House in big defect but dont want to do anything. 4) construction delay aboit 2 years. 5) no appoiment as management company and price as they like 6) very bad manage as management company 7) little parking They dont really take care benefit of the purchaser. Worse developer award
