By far the best reviews on maldives one can find. I'm a supporter of eco-friendly practices and preserving nature, so it was the best thing for me watching this review. I actually wonder if they planted the corals later, given the amount of plastic that must be going into the ocean.

For us, eco-friendly was the MAIN criteria. This is why Bandos and Embudu excelled and Fihalhohi fell so desperately far behind in the rankings... Thanks for watching!

@@JammyJourney it's ironic since they have the best living coral.. kinda surprising too.. I couldn't find such live coral on any of the other islands while shortlisting in 2020..

You have to go back and forth to Malé in between each resort. It is not very efficient, but it is just the way they do things...

you happen to visit thulhagiri island resort? it seems price range as these

really nice video and clarification of the differences, but for me, the most important part ist missing: Privacy factor. How many people on a small island and chance to have the feeling of being alone

There is no charge for snorkeling at any of the resorts.

I Was at embudu for My first experience in maldives... But next Will ne fihalhoi.... what am i to wait for? Thankssss

Embudu was great. We did not like the lack of care about the environment at Fihalhohi and feel it is a major problem that needs to be addressed. Bandos was amazing!

How many days did you stay ? Prefferd full board or all inclusive.

Yeah been to Embudu and Bandos. Although I enjoyed both, Bandos is leagues ahead of Embudu. Just to add the staff at all Maldives islands are amazing.

We loved both Bandos and Embudu. At Fihalhohi, some staff were clueless and did not belong working at ANY type of resort. Thanks for watching!
