You can also get to the city center and a lot more places in and around by taking the LRT, the station is called PWTC and it is next to the mall... No need to take the Komuter train. But the LRT line there didn't go to KL Sentral, for that you have to get down at Masjid Jamek and board the LRT Kelana Jaya Line to KL Sentral.

I did a search for this place on Agoda and two separate hostel listings came up: 1. Regalia Skypool Dorms KL 2. Skybed Over the Sky Hostel (@Regalia Suites & Residences) They seem to be two different hostels but in the same building complex. Do you know which one you stayed in?

It's the first one! These are basically apartments that have been converted into hostels. 2 bedroom apartment with bathrooms a living room and kitchen. I'm guessing the 2 of them are similar in layout..

@@triniexplorer6176 Thanks! I appreciate the reply. I was particularly curious because the one where you are staying (Regalia Skypool Dorms KL) gets good reviews. But the other one (Skybed) is equally inexpensive but people had some negative things to say, particularly about the staff. Sounds like you stumbled across the good one.

The weather seems more unpredictable than let's say Thailand and Cambodia. Maybe some of our Malaysia brothers can give us a weather lesson in here 😅

If that was true, why is it then that more people migrate to this country than any other Southeast Asian country, bar Thailand? Because it has fantastic policies and infrastructure for westerners especially.
