+shubham S Montra Madrock is a steel frame bike with entry level components, it's a good bike for daily exercise and commuting, as well as for fun offroading. The bike comes under 14k without any accessories except for the one you get pre installed. Yes it should be good for you for exercise purpose. A lot of my friends ride this bike and they don't find it heavy plus if in future you feel the tires are making you slow, you can switch to slimmer tyres as well.

Harsh Kanoongo in 30k price point you probably go for Scott Aspect 970 but you have to pay 1k more only. Because Scott is the best company in the world and it was really Excellent.

Hi Can you please help me with a suggestion? I want to know the importance of back suspension in bicycle. I thought back suspension is good for health of the rider. But few shop keepers have told me that back suspension is a reason for back pain. The shop does not have the bicycle with back suspension. So I am confused whether they are correct.

Back suspension are made for smooth ride with rough roads, back pain is caused by incorrect bike size, when you buy a bike, make sure you buy according to your height like for 5-5.5 feet small is good, 5.6-5-7 medium and 5.7-5.10 - large and so on.
