I'm considering one of these. One of the many tasks on my DIY list for this unit is to dig up a dozen of 12-14 ft evergreens along my property line. Trunks are around 8" diameter. Do you think this unit would be able to assist removal of the root balls? I plan to use a pick ax and chainsaw were needed to assist with cutting the roots.

I’d recommend at a minimum a ripper be purchased also. Yes it will help much much better than a shovel

Have you changed the bucket out yet? I would like to get an 8” but can’t find any info on a manufacturer that fits AGT for sure. Good vids, thanks

typhoon has one on amazon and ebay that fits.

How hard would it be to set up hydraulic thumb on this unit? I know you would need hoses and cylinder, but what about the plumbing at the controls?

They’re already plumbed for auxiliaries

I ordered your hydraulic cooler but did not receive the electrical adapter nor did I receive the hydraulic hose in my order

It looks like you ordered a builders kit, which does not come with hydraulic hose or electrical connections. It’s designed to mount on your machine in the locations you choose and order the correct size hoses from an outside vendor. For this reason the kits were discounted in price.
