Ahh the infamous blend door click. I have a 16 ST with a straight pipe. I've been thinking of doing the symposer delete. I'll give it a try after watching your video

That’s great. If you order it from whoosh tell them we sent you. We don’t get anything but maybe down the road they’ll work with us. We have a lot more fiesta videos coming

Hey, have you a lot of drones indise ? Because I got cobra sport exhaust with no resonator and I got a lot of drones inside

I did my symposer delete last winter. I really recommend using an expansion plug on the main pipe instead of a clamp plug on the line for 2 reasons, 1: it just looks soo much cleaner deleting the symposer access hose, and 2: weight reduction **i know it seems like nothing, but every little pound matters in a performance build**

One of the first mods I did. PITA, but you only have to do it once. The hose that goes to the cabin has a pinch connector you can remove so it's not just dangling there.

Mine sounds differently when I blow into it. Any ideas?

The blend door clicking brings back terrible memories. I had the driver's side mode select actuator go out at 35,000 miles and it would make the same noise whenever you turned the car off or on or tried to direct the AC at anything other than the windshield. The spot it died in really sucked because it would only blast the AC at the windshield, so you stayed hot and the windshield would constantly fog. Then at 42,000 miles the blend door actuator died. Same terrible clicking, but less awful to change.

Can't wait to see more fiesta videos.

Oh, knock wood I knew about the blend door issue going in so from new, my 2018 has got the long route treatment if ur switching heat functions hit off, wait, switch. Hoping that solves the breaking, try it too

I literally was test driving fiesta sts before I bought one and thought they had exhaust systems on them because of the drone. I got a 2016 stock st and this will be my first mod because the drone on the highway sounds like a bad exhaust system.

Took me less than 10 mins. I used the factory clamp to keep the plug in. I don't notice any difference in sound.

Do you have any tricks for finally getting the clamp off or is it just about putting in the hours of struggling with it?

Blend door actuator very cheap and very easy to do, just remove your glove box and it’s right there

2019 blend door motor was near the throttle pedal.

Long angled pliers from HF cut those many hours. Block the pipe or u get spiders, possibly critters in certain areas. Ur shifts will be sloppy from low sound report..so remove the rez in exhaust. The front one yes. Any muffler shop for $40. Or, search st180 rez delete pipe order from UK for a full fat bolt in like I did. It's just enuff, not too much.. gentleman sound like Porsche, MG.. BUT, if u give the symposer a bit to break in the sound is nice. Especially with the rez gone. Just thots yall
