A 1.5" pvc coupler might be a pretty close fit. Or 2" sch80. Both would have a smaller ID than the 2" sch 40.

Thinking the same thing using schedule 80 conduit. Takes a lot of heat to bend it- should hold up.

im not sure on what im going to say but probably the air filter material is not entirely the issue but rather its size 2:26 ,you could probably fit a rectangular one allowing for more surface area,try to contact the same company that made those 3d prints
