My babies are 15 and 17- you are so right! It flys-cherish it- I’d much rather see wonderful quality content like yours every now and then and know you are being true to yourself than some of the daily contrived stuff out there. ❤️

Your house is so beautiful and you have years to build it into your perfect home. The coffee table is such a unique shape and it will be worth every hour of work! I’m glad you’ve decided to enjoy these years with your kids and not worrying about doing all the things!! The time really does fly and you’ll never regret a moment you spent with them🥰

The white that you picked for the walls is great, but too close to the current trim color. Since some of the doors are wood color, consider either stripping the trims to bring them back to the natural wood color, or paint them a shade of brown that matches the doors. Same thing for the baseboards, they are much more elegant when they match the floor, and in your case the floor is made of beautiful, natural hardwood.

Oh my gosh I relate so much to what you were saying about not trying to keep up with the jones's with social media. It can feel like such a rat race trying to keep up with all of the new platforms and everything, it's just exhausting and I'd rather hang out with my kids than to all that 😅

I Love the new paint color you picked out for the house! It’s going to make a big difference I don’t know about you but I’m sick of all the gray! Everyone on UTube has the same colors the same furniture etc! That’s why I love your channel so much! Your home reflects your personality and your taste! I also agree with you about social media! That wall color is a nice white to brighten your rooms. Wondering if you have only the radiators for heat? I think I saw ductwork in the basement so I'm hoping you have central air. I'm not a lover of ceiling fans but I do turn mine on in winter. It helps bring the warm air back down towards the floor area. I love a fireplace for ambiance but they aren't really practical as most of the heat goes up the chimney.

Most of our fireplaces are closed off, but we have two that I need to have looked at. I considered closing them off and having a gas insert installed. Seems like those work better than an actual fire. And yes, the radiators do work! And they put out decent heat! But we also have a separate hvac system in the house. It's funny how it's all set up to work together, but parts of the house have been updated and parts of it have been kept original. Same with the electrical.

I love white dove! That’s what I have throughout my house. I also love your shacket, would you mind sharing what size yours is in?

Everything is coming along nicely. I like the coffee table (glass in the center would be nice as well). I've seen them a few times while thrifting, but I used to thrift constantly:) I totally understand not being on every social platform. I'm pretty much just KZread and a little Pinterest now and then:) The crib looks awesome......you're doing a great job👍

Hi l am Sylvie Chunilal watching from TRINIDAD and TOBAGO in the CARIBBEAN.In an old video u asked for diswashing hint.We use a rag instead of sponge to wash dishes. U can discard after it is worn out.

Please please be careful with those magnetic tiles some have been known to come apart and wee ones can get at the tiny magnets if they ingest them it can be quite harmful.
