I love your journals!! When I journal, I tend to overthink it. Do you ever do that? If so, how do you work through it?

I feel like my life is so boring nothing to put daily....or even weekly. Kids are grown and gone , with this economy we don't go out to eat or shop beyond the basics anymore.....I just don't know where to start.😢❤
