Your dad is a wonderful man. You are so lucky to have the family that you do. Within 10-seconds, of his speaking, I liked your father, and then I came to soon find out all the things we have in common. I too attended BYU, and likely at the same time as he. We are of the same faith. We both fathered a large family, and faced many of the same challenges. I lived in the Salt Lake area for five years, a son lives there now, while for the past seven years, I’ve lived in Las Vegas. Your dad’s perspective toward his children’s choices are the same as my own. I am just immensely grateful all of them have grown to be responsible, productive, and happy adults. Your father, however, ultimately made better choices than I. And, for that reason, especially, you are truly blessed. What a great guy your father is. Thank you Andrew for sharing him with your audience. All the best to you and yours.

This is awesome. Shows how much men go through with responsibility. Even if we don’t want to, we have to, and we’ll work hard till we’re comfortable enough to support our family. The pressures that men go through, which aren’t talked about much. Such a great interview. You’re dad’s awesome btw. 👍🏼 Btw, I identify with your dad a lot, I grew up in a real religious family as well, and when I wanted to play football when I was younger I wasn’t allowed because of church on Sunday’s. Blew my mind when he said it happened to him as well. Lol. Crazy.

Such a simple video but I really appreciate it. The internet is full of so much shit, so just taking a moment and watching someone just talk to their dad for 20 minutes is refreshingly wholesome. Big fan, LAHWF, and this is one of my favorite videos you’ve ever done.

What a great conversation. I was really close to my father, who was the best, and so wish I would have done something like this, to look back on. I hope you do take two and perhaps go in a different direction. He seems to me to be a true rock of stability and supportive. Just like my father even tho we both haven't gone in the direction they would have hoped for.
